Rummy is a soon to be 9yr old gelding, registered standardbred. He raced up until last april. He is in good physical health. Rummy has a good personality and is willing to do whatever you want him to. He was broke to ride last May and has been on the trails ever since. He is very bombproof and would be perfect for someone looking to just hack around and trail ride. He has a nice walk and huge trot. He has not yet loped more than a few strides under saddle. He would make a nice english flat horse or driving. No soundness issues, good feet, good for vet, farrier, and dentist. He is blind in one eye due to an injury when he was a foal. It does not affect him, he used to race that way without any issues, and he is very adapted to only having one eye. To good home only, References required.
